THGLUTEN-FREE PITA BREAD!! It puffs up every single time, it tastes AMAZING, and it's super easy to make – it's ready start to finish in about 45 minutes!! 🙌 I love this recipe sooo much, I genuinely make these *at least* 2-3 times per week. The key to getting them to puff up is to roll them to just the right thickness (about 5mm or just under ¼ inch), let them proof on the counter for about 15 minutes, and then cook them on high heat (but play around with the heat to see what works best for your stove). 💛 Full recipe is on my blog, link in my bio!!
