I used to fall for the pretty packaging too, but now I know: real wellness isn’t about swapping junk for “healthified” junk it’s about nourishing your body with foods that actually support it.

MTNO-DRAIN GOODLES HACK 🫕🧀 Way more practical than the instructions on the box
Flavor: Thrilled Cheese— 9/10 ✡️: Taste isn’t too different from Wacky Mac but it’s more flavourful. Noodles feel lighter and have more fibre.
Recipe:
1. Place noodles in dry pot
2. Add water to the pot and wait for it to start simmering, stirring frequently
3. Once water is at a high simmer and noodles are around 2-3 minutes shy of al dente, add cream (you can also use butter and milk like it says on the box but because of the high heat it may curdle) and stir
4. Add cheese powder and mix vigorously so there aren’t any clumps
5. If needed, add a splash more of water or cream
6. Serve and enjoy 😋
