The following had to be completed:
PART I.:
"EVERY TWO MINUTES FOR 20 MINUTES":
Perform One Combat Ready Complex with Ruck on.
5 SB Deadilft
4 SB Bent Over Rows
3 SB Power Cleans
2 SB Front Squats
1 SB Strict Overhead Press
-then-
15 Ruck 2ct Russian Twists
PART II.:
EMOM 10:
Perform one SB Getup from rom standing and SB Shoulder Carry the remaining time of the minute every minute.
I used a 30-lbs Ruck and an 60-lbs Sandbag.
After a relatively short break and an ice cold shower, me and my she-wolf went walking for another 60 minutes.

JUThe 260 pound mile with @goruck
Carry 260 pounds in any form for one mile as fast as you can.
I don’t recommend using two different poundage kettlebells, but I didn’t have the matching kettlebell to either one so I had to work with what was available
Master level: zero drops.
I am not even close to that as I took numerous breaks to give my back and forearms a rest, but as long as you cover a mile, that’s all that matters. Give it a try if this for some reason looks appealing to you
