Session detail:
4-1 (4 Miles work, 1 mile cool down)
Pick a level:
Level 1 - 7kg Weight
Level 2 - 15kg Weight
Tab 4 Miles @14 Min/Miles walking pace
Every 5 minutes Run @80% effort for 2 mins
Slow 1 mile Walk/Cooldown after 4 miles are complete
Add water breaks where needed (no more than 2 x 60s stops)
*When we say walking pace it means no runnning, so on the 14 Minute miles try walking as fast as possible to stick to the prescribed pace.
*We are looking for strong intent with the running segments, keep a consistent pace, don’t go too hard that you can’t maintain the same pace. When you break back into Tab, recover your breathing as best as you can whilst maintaining the targeted pacing
