In fact, I’m always the first to share tips to help you maximise your time in the gym through workouts splits that make more sense… BUT - Even the best program won’t get you the results you want, if your NUTRITION isn’t supporting your goals ‼️ You won’t build muscle in a deficit (unless you’re a beginner, or very very strategic). You won’t lose fat just by changing up your training. And you won’t break through your plateau without getting accountable. So if you’re already regularly lifting, and focusing on gradual improvements in the gym week to week, and your body STILL isn’t changing, it might be time to spend LESS effort on figuring out what training split to do, and MORE effort on really dialling in your nutrition to suit your goals 👌 Especially if you’ve been lifting for a while, THAT is where most of your progress will come from. Definitely practicing at home helped to progress much quicker, add in dead hangs for grip strength too 🙌🏼 Pretty proud of my progress this year, I’ve hit many of my strength/fitness goals and am continually lifting heavier.
