HUWhen our chest and hip flexors get too tight, they can cause problems! Everything is in front of us (we drive, we eat, we text, etc.) which tightens our chest. We sit everyday (and for a lot of people that's ALL day) so our hip flexors tighten up. So to combat that we need to stretch those areas as often as possible.
