NA✨Dynamic stretches for running✨
Filmed this dynamic stretch video a few weeks ago. These types of stretches can be done as a part of the warm up before any workout. Personally, I like to do them before longer runs or aerobic intervals.
Here is a list of the exercises:
1. Walking knee to chest
2. Hamstring stretch
3. Single leg RDL stretch
4. Superman stretch
5. Inchworm
6. Lateral lunges
7. Straight leg kicks
8. Lunge + twist
