This is my breakfast! Nothing fancy, just real, nutrient-dense food. I made a quick scramble with: -Regeneratively raised eggs (the yolks are dark orange, loaded with choline, B vitamins, and carotenoids) -Tomatoes -Avocado -Spinach -Goat cheese -Cooked in ghee, in a PFAS-free ceramic pan I usually want a high-protein, high-fat breakfast with veggies. It keeps me full, supports my metabolism, and doesn’t spike my blood sugar. You need about 30g of protein in the morning to build muscle and stay satisfied, especially as you get older and develop something called anabolic resistance. This took less than 10 minutes! Cooking is an essential life skill, you don’t need a fancy recipe, just real ingredients. You can buy a $5 fast food breakfast, but it’ll cost you way more down the road in medications, hospital bills, and your quality of life. Real food is cheaper in the long run. And way more delicious. Ofen auf 180 Grad O/U Hitze vorheizen. 2. Alle Zutaten in einer Schale gut verrühren und in eine kleine ofenfeste Form geben. 3. Für 15-20 Minuten backen, auskühlen lassen - fertig! Dit is echter eigenlijk alleen een probleem wanneer sojaproducten onbereid worden gegeten. . Het bereiden van soja, zoals weken, fermenteren en kiemen, vermindert de hoeveelheid fytinezuur namelijk al aanzienlijk.😉 . Dit is ook de reden waarom studies waarin sojaproducten of soja-eiwit worden gebruikt, over het algemeen geen negatief effect laten zien op de nutriëntstatus, zelfs niet wanneer deze worden vergeleken met dierlijke producten. . Daarnaast klopt het dat sojaproducten isoflavonen bevatten, die qua chemische structuur lijken op het vrouwelijke hormoon oestrogeen.😇 . Deze isoflavonen binden zich echter vooral aan de bèta-oestrogeenreceptoren, terwijl het menselijke hormoon oestrogeen zich bindt aan zowel de alfa- als de bèta-receptoren. . Daardoor hebben ze niet hetzelfde effect en zien we in onderzoek over het algemeen geen negatief effect van soja, soja-eiwit of soja-isoflavonen op oestrogeen, testosteron of schildklierhormonen.😁 . Waar wel een associatie lijkt te zijn, is met borstkanker, maar in tegenstelling tot wat in deze video wordt beweerd, lijkt de consumptie van soja en sojaproducten hier juist een beschermende werking op te hebben. . Hetzelfde geldt voor vroegtijdig sterven en sterfte aan kanker en hart- en vaatziekten. Daarnaast lijkt soja ook een beschermende werking te hebben bij specifieke vormen van kanker, zoals prostaat-, long-, darm-, maag- en borstkanker, evenals bij coronaire hartziekte.📉 . Met andere woorden: soja heeft naar mijn idee terecht de naam van een gezond product gekregen en als je het nog niet regelmatig consumeert, kan het een mooie toevoeging zijn aan je huidige eetpatroon.🫡 . #gezond #gezondheid #eiwitten #soja #eten
