MAHOSTING TIPS• make post-its and a sharpie your best friend 📝 something as simple as selecting your serving dishes ahead of time + labeling them per dish you’re serving that relieves so much stress.
You won’t be cramming last minute trying to grab your dishes when it’s time to serve AND my favorite part- when guests/friends/family are trying to help you serve this eliminates all the “where does this go” question. By having a label on every dish- it’s such an easy direction to follow without actually giving direction.
This also allows you to really thoughtfully select each dish when you want to stick to a theme. Mixing and matching, etc.
