QUMy daily garden routine isn’t about cleaning - it’s about creating a space where pollinators are at home.
As a native gardener who loves #WildFlorida, I’ve learned that what looks like “mess” to some is actually a thriving habitat in nature.
1. Gather fallen leaves → shelter for native bees and other beneficial insects. Fallen leaves also hold water where thirsty animals of all sorts come by to drink or toss to the side to find grubs.
Break up twigs → bug hotels for beneficial insects and holds leaves in place.
Clear debris → self explanatory.
Search for snail shells → garden decor + calcium for the soil
Zoom in → witness the magic
The result? A garden buzzing with life, supporting local ecosystems, and honestly way easier than raking everything into bags.
