RISuper simple and works great as a hook 🥰
Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Film a clip of yourself fake pulling something up and bending to come infront of it.
Step 2: Import the video into CapCut and add your text (have it match the video duration).
Step 3: Go to the point where you finish pulling the text up, place the text where you want it, and add a keyframe.
Step 4: Go to the start of the video and move the text completely out of the frame and add another keyframe. The first half of the edit is done.
Step 5: Find the moment where you start coming back up and click split.
Step 6: Duplicate that split section and add the duplicate as an overlay, then remove the bg of the overlay clip so only your body remains.
Step 7: Go to layers and bring the overlay clip in front of the text layer and that’s it! ✨

HACreate This INSANE Text Animation Hook Using Just Your Phone! 📱🔥
Here’s how to do it in CapCut:
1️⃣ Film Your Clip – Record your footage and import it into CapCut.
2️⃣ Add Your Text – Tap Text, type your message, and choose a font.
3️⃣ Apply Animation – Go to the Animations tab, scroll down, and select Donut.
4️⃣ Resize & Position – Adjust the Donut animation so it wraps around you.
5️⃣ Extend the Text – Drag the text layer to match the length of your video.
6️⃣ Create an Overlay – Duplicate your video clip, select Overlay, and move it to the start of the timeline.
7️⃣ Layer It Correctly – Go to Layers and place the duplicated clip in front of the text layer.
8️⃣ Remove Background – With the overlay selected, tap Remove Background for a clean cutout.
9️⃣ Mask for Depth Effect – Select Mask, apply a Circle Mask over your upper body, and adjust it so the text appears behind your torso but in front of your lower half.
🔟 Export & Share!
And that’s it! Your final video should look seamless and dynamic.
