HEMeet kimchi 🇰🇷✨ This is a Korean side dish made from fermented vegetables (most commonly napa cabbage and radish) seasoned with garlic, ginger, and chili. The fermentation process gives kimchi its signature tangy flavour — and it’s been a staple in Korean cuisine for over 2,000 years!
Fun fact: There are 200+ varieties of kimchi, and it’s traditionally prepared in large batches during a seasonal practice called kimjang.
