Today’s recipe is below.✨ For recipe 10 I used: 🍓 Strawberries for antioxidants + vitamin c 🍋 Lemon for extra vitamin C + digestion support 🥥 Coconut water for natural electrolytes + hydration (sub with water if you wish, but coconut water is the best choice for true electrolyte support) 🍯 Honey for natural sweetness 🧂 Salt for sodium + trace minerals that help your body absorb and retail fluids Serves 1 or 2 (you decide how thirsty you are!) 8 ripe strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1 peeled lemon (just throw the whole thing in, or measure out 3 tablespoons lemon juice if preferred) 2 cups coconut water 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons honey (or more to taste if you wish) Blend all ingredients for about 45 seconds until smooth, then strain over ice.
