Comme si quelque chose te retenait, sans que tu comprennes pourquoi. C’est ce qu’on appelle la paralysie du TDAH. De l’extérieur, ça peut paraître comme de la flemme et sans être conscient de son TDAH on peut même avoir l’impression d’être « flemmard » (d’où la musique dans cette vidéo) ce qui peut générer beaucoup de culpabilité. Mais ce n’est en réalité ni la flemme ni un manque de volonté ! C’est une difficulté réelle à initier une action, liée au fonctionnement de ton cerveau. Sans arriver à explique — Tu connais ? On s'appelle cela LA DYSRÉGULATION ÉMOTIONNELLE T'as déjà eu cette mauvaise humeur qui débarque de nulle part ? Sans arriver à expliquer pourquoi ? Genre tu te poses. Tu veux faire un truc productif. T'es motivé. Sauf que là… ça charge pas. L'ordi qui bug. Ou Une notif au mauvais moment... Ou simplement quelqu'un qui parle trop fort... Et d'un coup t'as envie de tout casser. En fait, les cerveaux TDAH ont une régulation émotionnelle atypique. On ressent les émotions plus vite, plus fort, et surtout… moins longtemps. Ce qui veut dire qu'une micro-frustration peut déclencher une réaction disproportionnée. Parce que notre cerveau traite pas l'émotion, il la subit. Et souvent, cette mauvaise humeur sans raison, C'est juste ton système nerveux qui te dit : "Hey, y'a un truc qui va pas..." Mais il sait pas quoi. Ce qui se passe vraiment : Ce mécanisme s'appelle LA DYSRÉGULATION ÉMOTIONNELLE c'est l'un des aspects les moins connus du TDAH. Notre cerveau traite les émotions différemment : → On les ressent plus intensément → Elles arrivent plus vite → Et elles nous submergent avant qu'on puisse les analyser C'est pour ça qu'une micro-frustration peut déclencher une réaction disproportionnée. Ce que ça veut dire pour toi : C'est souvent ton système nerveux qui capte quelque chose avant ta conscience. Fatigue accumulée. Faim. Surcharge sensorielle. Besoin de mouvement. Ton corps te parle. Mais en TDAH, on a pas toujours la traduction. Ce qui aide : → Identifier tes déclencheurs physiques (sommeil, faim, bruit) → Te donner le droit de ressentir sans te juger → Comprendre que l'intensité émotionnelle fait partie de ton fonctionnement → Couper la boucle en modifiant l'environnement, s'aérer l'esprit, marcher, boire un verre d'eau,... T'es pas "difficile".
