So many people still think ADHD always looks the same — hyperactive, impulsive, all over the place. But there’s also ADD — the quieter type, where your mind never stops, but your body might seem calm. And then there are the neurotypicals, who sometimes wonder what all the chaos is about 😅 I’m really curious — which one are you? Vote in the poll 💭 And if you’re not sure whether you might have ADHD (or how strong your traits are)… you can check it for free in our app. 👉👉👉Just comment “ADHD” below 👇 and I’ll send you the link to our free self-test 💜 It’s 100% free, takes just a few minutes, and might explain more than you expect.

Did you know hyperactivity doesn’t always look like “bouncing off the walls”? 🌀 A lot of us ruled out ADHD because we weren’t the stereotypical hyper little kid running around the classroom. But hyperactivity isn’t just physical. It can look like: ✨ A mind racing 24/7 ✨ Overplanning and obsessively thinking about the future ✨ Jumping from idea to idea ✨ Feeling internally restless ✨ Constant guilt when you’re not being “productive” ✨ Blurting things out or interrupting Also, you don’t even need hyperactivity to be diagnosed with ADHD. There are three presentations: • Hyperactive-Impulsive • Inattentive • Combined What is your ADHD presentation? 🌀 #ADHDawareness #ADHDwomen #InattentiveADHD #Neurodivergent #LateDiagnosedADHD

Here’s what you need to understand about ADHD.👇🏼 When someone perceives their environment as UNSAFE (whether due to trauma, chaotic surroundings, or frequent disruptions), their nervous system often shifts into a heightened state of alertness, such as “fight-or-flight” mode. 🚨 In this state, the brain prioritizes scanning for threats over focused, sustained attention, as a survival mechanism. This can reduce the brain’s ability to concentrate on tasks that aren’t perceived as immediately essential to safety (like remembering to grab your phone before getting on the bus 😂). Additionally, for people who experience this lack of safety, the nervous system may be more prone to shifting between “hyperarousal” (anxious, restless, distracted) and “hypoarousal” (disconnected, low energy, “zoned out”) states, both of which interfere with focus. The constant shift between these states can feel like ADHD-type symptoms. 🌦️ In many cases, individuals who have experienced trauma or chronic stress can show symptoms that resemble ADHD, such as distractibility, impulsivity, or forgetfulness, because their nervous system is responding to a perceived lack of safety. THE MISSING INGREDIENT IN EACH CASE IS ✨SAFETY✨ Learning to establish safety: 1) in your own body/mind 2) in your relationships 3) and in your world will bring about a DRAMATIC shift in how your brain operates. ⚡️ Memory improves, focus improves, awareness improves - it’s crazy how much better the mind does when it is at ease. 🏖️ If you’re struggling to find that safety, use the link in my bio to schedule a FREE first session (just a few spots left) and let’s do the inner work that will both change your life and help you lose your phone less. 😂 🫶🏼Nate #lifecoach #lifecoaching #anxiety #trauma #adhd #adhdmemes

ADHD doesn’t look the same in everyone! While Hyperactive ADHD is easier to spot, Inattentive ADHD is often overlooked—especially in girls. Understanding the differences helps us support our kids in the way they need most. Hyperactive ADHD 🔥 • Always moving or fidgeting (even when sitting) • Talks a lot, interrupts, blurts things out • Acts before thinking, struggles with impulse control • Craves stimulation and gets bored easily • Finds it hard to sit still or stay quiet Inattentive ADHD 🌙 • Daydreams & zones out (especially in class) • Forgets tasks & deadlines, struggles with organization • Easily distracted by everything around them • Has trouble starting & finishing tasks • Seems like they’re not listening (but they are!) ✨ Why does this matter? Many kids with ADHD struggle not because they don’t care, but because their brain works differently. The key is supporting their unique needs with ADHD-friendly strategies—and that’s exactly what I teach inside Quiet the Chaos. 💡 Want to make ADHD parenting easier? Inside Quiet the Chaos, you’ll learn how to: ✔️ Build routines that actually work for ADHD brains ✔️ Reduce power struggles & meltdowns ✔️ Support focus, transitions, and executive function ✔️ Feel calm & confident in your parenting 🎉 Join today! ✨ Different minds. Same joy. ✨ An autistic child and an ADHD child may process the world differently, but play speaks a language they both understand 🤍 At our centre, we don’t label children by diagnoses — we understand their needs, strengths, and developmental stage 🧠🌱 Through doctor-led assessments, personalized therapy plans, and a safe, supportive environment, we help children grow, connect, and thrive — together 🤝 Because the right treatment doesn’t change who a child is, it helps them become who they’re meant to be ✨ 📍 Global Wellness Centre 📞 Call/WhatsApp: 9501032237 🧩💙⚡

👉Do you want to manage your ADHD? Comment 𝐀𝐃𝐇𝐃 and I’ll DM you the link to the most powerful app for ADHDers. We don’t like waiting. We don’t like rules. We don’t like… instructions 🙃 Our brain craves dopamine, not step-by-step. And sometimes? That chaos leads to brilliance. Other times? Just… a very messy kitchen. But it’s not your fault — it’s how our ADHD brains are wired. And that’s why we built Univi ADHD App 💜 ✨ By ADHDers. For ADHDers. Inside you’ll find: ✅ A free ADHD test ✅ Simple, effective tools for impulsivity & executive functions ✅ Tiny daily boosts that help you feel more in control (without killing your vibe) 👇 Comment 𝐀𝐃𝐇𝐃 and I’ll DM you the link. Many (but not all) ADHDers walk like this because: ADHDers have more gray matter in the cerebellum, greater postural sway, comorbidities like dyspraxia, and sometimes we just have more clutter to trip over. *NOT AN ADHD DIAGNOSTIC CRITERION!!! Not all ADHDers do this and doing this doesn’t mean you have ADHD. It’s just a commonly shared ADHD experience. 🌟 Let’s Talk: Hyperactive ADHD vs. Inattentive ADHD! 🌟 Did you know that ADHD isn’t just one-size-fits-all? 🤔 There are actually different types, and today we’re diving into the two most common: Hyperactive ADHD & Inattentive ADHD! 🧠✨ Hyperactive ADHD looks like: ⚡️ Always on the go 🗣️ Talking a mile a minute 🙈 Fidgeting, squirming, can’t sit still 🤹‍♂️ Impulsive decisions Inattentive ADHD looks like: 🌥️ Daydreaming often 📚 Trouble focusing or finishing tasks 🤷‍♀️ Easily distracted, forgetful 📝 Losing things all the time Both types are REAL and VALID! 💯 Sometimes, people with inattentive ADHD get overlooked because they’re not “hyper” – but their struggles are just as important. 💙 If you see yourself (or someone you love) in these descriptions, you’re not alone! ADHD comes in many forms, and understanding the differences helps us support each other better. 🤗 Let’s break the stigma and spread awareness! Share your experiences or tag a friend who needs to see this. Together, we can make the world a more understanding place. 🌍💬 #ADHDAwareness #Neurodiversity #HyperactiveADHD #InattentiveADHD #MentalHealthMatters

What ADHD really looks like... It's imagination that never runs out. It's curiosity that leads to the most amazing discoveries. It's energy that can light up an entire room. It's passion that runs deep and love that's fierce. It's noticing the little things others miss. It's outside-the-box thinking that changes the game.
