KAThe HYROX workout that left me 🥵 💦
Should take between 32-40 min depending on how fast you work 🏃♀️
Repeat for 5 rounds:
☠️0.5 mile run (I did 4/5 rounds on the treadmill but my last round was outside bc all treadmills were taken)
☠️20 DB Push Press
☠️300 m Ski Erg (or 20-25 med ball slams if you don’t have a ski erg)
Rest only in transitions!
The ski erg cooked me the most. Felt good everywhere else.
We got work to do. 😅😂
