Ask good questions. 2. Body language is king - 60% of charisma is expressed through the body. You want to be open and engaged. - give direct eye contact, stand up straight, smile more, keep the head high -avoid slouching, crossing arms or defensive positions 3. Pause before answering a question - charismatic people are quietly confident. They aren’t in a rush - pause for 3 seconds before answering - you demonstrate reflection and power. 4. Remember peoples names - sounds simple, but makes a difference - add the persons name before or after sentences when in conversation - it builds authority and respect in a warm way. Also signals dopamine in their brain. 5.
