INMeet Dr. Bindiya Shajith — Lead Psychologist at Insighte Childcare, educator, and a passionate voice in building inclusive, neuroaffirmative systems for children.
With years of experience working closely with neurodivergent learners, families, and schools, Bindiya believes that real change begins not by trying to fix children, but by redesigning the environments around them — with compassion, collaboration, and clarity.
At The Whole Problem, she will be facilitating a hands-on workshop where participants explore three powerful frameworks to rethink classroom and behavioural challenges through:
✨ Neuroaffirmative practice
✨ A psychosocial lens
✨ Psychologically safe learning environments
Through real scenarios and guided problem-solving, she’ll help students and professionals learn how small systemic shifts — routines, communication, sensory design, expectations — can make a big difference in a child’s daily experience.
If you work with children, this is a space you need to be in.
