“But Hallease, what if I’m cringe?” 🫣 Oh no! People finding out who you are, what you love, and what you’re building? Gasp! Welcome to Prompt 1 of 14 of the #28DaySprint — where I help you launch yourself here on this platform. Today is about one thing: Introductions. Prompt 1 Breakdown: 1. Set a timer for 5 minutes so it doesn’t feel too hectic, and write out your script using whatever note-taking situation you have. 2. The Script: * “Hi, my name is [Name].” * List your interests and hobbies. * What do you do for a living? (And do you actually like it?) * Your general lore, if you will. * What are your aspirations for the next 1–5 years? 3. Edit it to your liking. Sometimes we don’t need to know everything. 4. Practice it. 5. Record it: Put your camera/phone on “Auto,” and look at the LENS (not yourself!), and just talk. 6. Pick your best take. You’ll feel it when you’ve gotten it. 7. Post it. 🤳🏿 How to Post: Copy your 5-minute brainstorm and use it as your caption. That’s it. You’re done. You’ve officially launched. Lemme know in the comments once you’ve posted your intro so I can find you and others can see it too. Hey, look at us, we’re building a community! #ContentCreatorTips #CreativeSprint #HalleaseanSprint

I was not ready for the last one 😂 #nfl #superbowl via 📺: Key & Peele Key & Peele‘s football introductions are some of the most legendary sketches from their Comedy Central show (2012–2015). The series is called the East/West College Bowl (sometimes just “East/West Bowl”), where Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele play over-the-top announcers introducing college football players with increasingly absurd, over-the-top names that parody real player name trends (especially hyphenated, apostrophe-heavy, or wildly creative ones inspired by actual players like D’Brickashaw Ferguson). The bit starts simple but escalates into pure chaos: players announce their names and schools in dramatic fashion, often with flamboyant poses, weird pronunciations, and escalating ridiculousness. It became one of their biggest viral hits because it’s hilarious, quotable, and perfectly captures the pomp of college football broadcasts.

And I recommend following this order, because if you’re able to introduce another person to them, they will very likely say their name, and then the mystery is solved! The last point about asking to be reminded rather than admitting to forgetting is subtle but powerful. We don’t people feeling like they’re forgettable. 💕 #etiquette #socialgraces #modernmanners #introductions #nycbestrestaurants

HERE THEY ARE ⬇️ (they never teach this, but rich people always notice) 🎾 Niche sports (golf, tennis, squash) Not about fitness — deals, introductions, and respect happen between games, not boardrooms. 🎼 Learning an instrument Signals discipline, culture, and patience. Powerful people instantly clock this as “well-raised energy.” 📚 Intentional reading (history, psychology, philosophy) Upgrades your conversations. You don’t chase attention — people lean in when you speak. 🖼 Understanding & collecting art Elites don’t flex money, they flex taste. Knowing art stories puts you in rare rooms. 🌍 Learning refined languages (French, Italian, Spanish) It’s not utility, it’s allure. Multilingual people are seen as globally polished. 🍷 Wine tasting (not drinking) Networking coded as culture. Conversations flow where wine is understood, not consumed. 🧘‍♀️ Yoga & mind-body practices Calm confidence is currency. Grounded people are trusted with power. 🎭 Attending classical events (theatre, opera, heritage spaces) You gain stories, context, and social fluency — even while traveling alone. 📸 Photography & visual storytelling Creative value gets you invited. People remember those who see beautifully. ✨ Fame in elite circles isn’t loud — it’s recognised. just collapsed Ted 2 🎬 might be chaotic in general, but this scene is pure timing perfection. The entire moment starts off calm and professional — handshakes, polite introductions, normal office energy — and then Ted does what Ted does best: completely derail the room. The “Sam L. Jackson” realization should have been a harmless pop-culture joke. Instead, it turns into a full existential crisis when she asks, “Who is that?” The slow zoom on Ted’s face is what really seals it. No yelling. No dramatic music. Just pure disbelief in silence. This is exactly why timing matters more than shock value. The joke isn’t even loud — it’s the pause, the stare, and the deadpan delivery that makes it loop-worthy. Classic Seth MacFarlane humor: inappropriate, fast, and somehow still ridiculously effective.
