Notes: Setting diatas ada di device iPhone 16 Pro Max iOS 18. Ketersediaan opsi setting bisa berbeda tiap device dan versi iOS.

APWant to take your iPhone photography game to the next level?According to professional iPhone photographers, this is the way how you can capture some of the best and most high quality photos & videos on your iPhone:
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap on Camera
3. Tap on Camera Control
4. Enable Clean Preview
5. Click on Record Video
In here make sure to check 1080p HD at 60 fps, toggle on Enhanced Stabilisation, tap on Auto FPS and set it to Auto 30 & 60 fps and toggle on Lock White Balance.
6. Tap Record Slo-mo and make sure to check 4K at 120 fps.
7. Click Record Sound and Spatial Audio should be checked, together with Wind Noise Reduction
8. Go to Formats
Now select High Efficiency, Photo Mode should be set to 24 MP, Apple ProRAW & Resolution Control should be checked and within Pro Default both ProRAW Max (up to 48 MP) and JPEG-XL Lossy should be checked! Lastly in Formats make sure to toggle on Apple ProRes and the ProRes Encoding should Log.
9. Back in Camera go to Preserve Settings
Make sure the following settings are toggled on: Camera Mode, Creative Controls, Exposure Adjustment, Night Mode, Portrait Zoom, ProRaw & Resolution Control, Live Photo.
10. Back in Camera go to the Composition section
Toggle on Grid, Level, Mirror Front Camera and View Outside the Frame.
11. Lastly in Camera
Enable Portraits in Photo Mode, Prioritise Faster Shooting, Lens Correction and Macro Control.
Now when you’re capturing your footage make sure to clean your lenses regularly and use the 1x main lens as much as possible since it provides the best quality footage!

CJIf you’ve been here for a while you know I’m a huge advocate for not needing fancy camera gear in order to get good results.
As my career has evolved and I’ve begun filming more professionally I have acquired equipment as I’ve needed it but to this day I will still use my iPhone to film at least 50% of the time because it is incredibly practical, easy and I always have it on me!
As promised, my settings are:
4k50 (if you’re in an NTSC region use 24/30/60p)
H.264 codec
Apple Log color space
Shutter 1/100 (180 rule most of the time)
Display LUT on (using my cine LUT here)
ISO (I adjust scene depending) and WB is usually auto as I’ll fix in post
As with most things, lighting plays a huge part so before you worry about any fancy gear, make sure you have yourself some good lighting options. Doesn’t need to be expensive, just find what works for you!
