APSo let me explain exactly how to do this!
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control > Customize Commands > Custom > Create New Command.
• Enter a phrase you want to say (for example: “Unlock”).
• Under Action, select Run Custom Gesture.
• On the screen that appears, simulate tapping the screen where your passcode digits appear (that’s why I marked them):
• You will have to tap (or swipe) exactly where the number buttons are.
• If your passcode is 1234, tap where “1” is, then “2”, then “3”, then “4”, one by one.
• Tap Save.
Now make sure to toggle on Voice Control and then:
• Lock your iPhone.
• Wake the screen so that the passcode keypad is visible.
• Say “Unlock”.
• The gesture will play out, entering your passcode.
