PAIl mondo si divide in #startupper, #scaler, #optimizer.
Ognuno di noi dà il proprio massimo in uno specifico contesto.
Capirlo, accettarlo e far si di essere sempre nella condizione dove si riesce ad avere il maggior impatto (e quindi ritorno per sè stessi e gli altri) è alla base del successo.
Condividere con il team, gli investitori, il proprio capo: io questo non lo so fare, su questo ho bisogno di una figura complementare alla mia non è un segno di debolezza, ma di immensa maturità professionale.
Se in una stessa azienda, in una stessa unit o progetto riescono ad unire le forze e collaborare insieme profili startupper, scaler e optimizer non ce nè più per nessuno!
