The power of mindfulness is found in the full awareness of each moment, reminding us that we are not our thoughts. « Our thoughts do not define who we are » they are simply waves passing by. Learning to observe them without attachment allows us to make clearer, more aligned decisions that serve our goals. When communication is nurtured by this awareness, it becomes more authentic, more compassionate, and ultimately more effective in creating lasting connections. These concepts were explored with us by Mariame Lakhdar, our yoga and mindfulness trainer, who joined us during the orientation workshop for the Rahmania in Tech project. 🤩 As an implementing arm in the @unicefinnovate Global Learning Innovation Hub’s "Tinkering with Tech" programme, it was fantastic to see students come together to celebrate a showcase of the projects they've created as part of the Tinkering with Tech project in Honduras. Our Head of LATAM partnerships, Jose Antonio Scodiero, was delighted to attend on behalf of the Micro:bit Educational Foundation and shared his highlights, “It was great to see the culmination of the teacher training workshops back in July.
