JATry having this recipe every morning (or a few times a week) to reduce sugar cravings. Bitter foods are an amazing way to naturally change your palette to crave less sugar.
1 celery stalk
1 cucumber
1 lemon
1/4 cup parsley
1-2 pieces of ginger
I usually triple this recipe so I can have a few juices for the week. I’d keep it in the fridge for no more than 4 days just to keep it fresh!
