LAI don’t really talk about this part much, but running a home salon messes with your head a little at first.
You have to learn how to shut work off when it’s literally downstairs. You have to get comfortable setting boundaries. And you have to accept that not every day feels perfectly “balanced.”
That said… slowing down changed my work for the better.
Less rushing, more intention, more energy.
I wouldn’t recommend this path to everyone but it ended up being exactly what I needed at this time of my life.
