REI've been training for 8+ years. I've been anorexic level skinny but I`ve also been
unhealthy overweight.
I know what it's like to wake up, look in the mirror and not feel healthy and proud of your current body.
When we are not happy about how we look or feel, we look for easy, fast and rapid solutions to our situation.
But there is a problem.
In fitness there are no rapid solutions. And no coach will tell you this!
Most people approach fitness as if it's some sort of chore or hassle. You constantly look for shortcuts as you continue to isolate it from your daily life.
This is what we call the classical «never ending hamster wheel», where you treat your health and fitness as a seasonal hobby.
Only to realize next year you're in the same shape as last year, or even worse you are feeling even more sluggish, unhealthy and unathletic as ever before..
The most valuable lesson I've learnt throughout my journey is to make fitness a lifestyle.
You need to be able to enjoy and sustain the journet whilst still seing amazing results
This realization is what led me to this transformation, and changed my life.
