Logical and quick-witted, INTJs pride themselves on their ability to think for themselves, not to mention their uncanny knack for seeing right through phoniness and hypocrisy. Because their minds are never at rest, these personalities may sometimes struggle to find people who can keep up with their nonstop analysis of everything around them. But when they do find like-minded individuals who appreciate their intensity and depth of thought, INTJs form profound and intellectually stimulating relationships that they deeply treasure. Psychology calls the INTP “The Thinker” logical, detached, and endlessly curious. But the dark side? They live inside their minds so much that reality often feels secondary. They overanalyze every emotion until it dies. They want connection but hate anything that feels forced. And when life gets messy, they disappear not to escape, but to understand. INTPs crave truth, but that truth often isolates them. They’re the ones who can debate any topic but struggle to explain their own feelings. They don’t mean to seem cold.. their warmth just comes with logic first, emotion later. I’ve been quiet on here recently because I was recently diagnosed with terminal brain cancer ♋️ Since making this video, I had results back from my biopsy which was slightly different to why I mentioned I have grade 4 diffuse midline glioma which is slightly more complex than what they initially thought meaning harder to potentially treat As you can imagine this news has been quite a shock but I always do try to remain positive and logical in my life. There may be things that I can do in order to prolong my life or even potentially beat this but the fact remains the same it’s a terminal diagnosis that is not entirely positive I just wanted to do this post to inform people and let them know where I’m at. I will update as time goes by and try my best to be more consistent with my posting again but for now I just wanted to put this out there. #braincancerawareness

Most people think intelligence is only about getting high grades or memorizing things fast, but that’s not true. There are different forms of intelligence, and everyone is gifted in their own way. These are 7 types of intelligence people often forget about: 1. IQ (Intellectual Intelligence) Your logical reasoning, problem solving, and ability to learn quickly. 2. EQ (Emotional Intelligence) Understanding emotions, handling stress, and reading people well. 3. AQ (Adaptability Intelligence) How well you adjust when life changes or challenges hit. 4. CQ (Creativity Intelligence) Your imagination, innovation and ability to think differently. 5. SQ (Social Intelligence) Communication skills, networking, leadership and connection. 6. PQ (Practical Intelligence) Common sense, street smarts and applying knowledge in real life. 7. TQ (Technological Intelligence) How well you learn tech, navigate digital tools and adapt to modern systems. If you feel like you’re “behind,” maybe you’re just measuring yourself in the wrong category. Awareness changes everything. Save this and remind yourself: There are many ways to be intelligent. 1. 🧠 Master Emotional Control (Emotional Detachment) Why it works: Most people act on emotions, making them predictable. Emotional control gives you the power to think clearly and act strategically. How to do it: Practice stoicism: Focus on logical responses, not emotional ones. Use breathing techniques and meditation to stay calm under pressure. 2. 🕷 Create a Perception of Scarcity & Exclusivity Why it works: People desire things that are rare or hard to get. By appearing exclusive, you make yourself more valuable and influential. How to do it: Keep a low profile and show rare skills. Use strategic silence to make your words carry weight. 3. ⚔️ Master the Art of Influence (Foot-in-the-Door Technique) Why it works: People are more likely to agree to bigger requests after accepting smaller ones. How to do it: Start with small requests, like asking for feedback. Gradually ask for larger favors as they become more committed. 4. 🧩 Practice Metacognition (Thinking About Your Thinking) Why it works: Most people don’t think critically about their own thoughts. By questioning your thoughts, you can avoid mistakes and make better decisions. How to do it: Self-reflect: Ask yourself, “Why am I thinking this? What is the real reason behind my decision?” Correct your thinking before acting on it. 5. 🗡 Leverage the Power of Silence (Strategic Non-Response) Why it works: Silence forces people to fill the gap, often revealing more than they intended. How to do it: When asked a question, pause before responding. Let the silence push others to offer more information. #LightYagami #L #SelfMastery #EmotionalIntelligence #PsychologyFacts #Mindfulness #DarkPsychology #VillainWisdom #ControlYourMind #Focus

So much of what we hold isn’t logical - it’s somatic. Spinal Energetics invites the body to speak for itself, releasing the layers of stored energy, emotion, and protection that shape how we move through life. It’s not about forcing change, but creating enough safety for the body to unwind on its own. That’s where true regulation begins - from the inside out. #energyhealing #healingenergy #reiki #spinalenergetics

Follow @theparenthoodinsider to learn more about gentle and conscious parenting. Parents often wonder: ❓ Should I remind them again? ❓ Should I explain one more time? ❓ Should I just do it for them? Here’s what research shows 👇 ✅ Overexplaining or rescuing delays emotional growth. ✅ Kids learn best through natural and logical consequences. ✅ Reality Discipline = letting life teach the lesson. Examples: – Don’t wake up → experience being late – Skip chores → lose privileges – Speak disrespectfully → face natural social pushback 💡 Children’s brains develop cause-effect through experience, not lectures. 💬 What’s one situation where you let “reality” teach your child?
