❌ Common mistakes: • Starting exercise with feet on the floor • Letting your pelvis tip and lower back lift off the ground • Throwing your legs up and down with momentum • Bringing your legs all the way to the floor for each rep When your lower back comes off the floor, you shift tension from your abs to your hip flexors and put unnecessary pressure on your spine. ✅ Instead: • Start in a hollow body position • Keep your lower back gently pressed into the floor • Lower your legs only as far as you can while maintaining control • Move slow and controlled — no swinging Quality > range. You need to train the full system: Quads → strength and control Hamstrings → posterior chain power Hips → mobility and lateral movement Once I started focusing on these 3 areas, my balance, strength, and mobility improved way more than traditional leg days. Maybe a step. And follow this routine that you can do in under 10 minutes Warm up Dance to two of your favorite songs! 1) 🦶🏽 elevated calves 2.series of 10 reps. Id balance os an issue grab on to a wall 2) 🦵🏽 leg lifts. Use a band but if you are starting just hold on and do 1 maybe 2 series of 10 reps each 3) step ups. No step? A stair? Or march in place Get up and down in a control manner Voila! Legs trained. 10 minutes! Boom🎉 Follow PandaFit, here l tell you how to start to show up for your body. Here we do fitness for all. A closer stance can place a little more emphasis on the outer quads. A shoulder width stance is a solid option for training the quads overall. Placing the feet lower on the platform can increase quad emphasis, especially the lower portion closer to the knee. Placing the feet higher, with the toes slightly turned out, can bring a bit more glute and hamstring involvement. #fitbodapp #legpress #legtraining #homegymequipment
