FEMaking your own multi purpose liquid soap is so easy and it’s just as good as the store bought ones.. Hope you found this video useful
Ingredients:
- 20 liters of water
- 52g STTP (Sodium Tripolyphosphate)
- 200g Soda Ash (Sodium Carbonate)
- 50g Caustic Soda (Sodium Hydroxide)
- 100g SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate)
- 20g Color (dye or pigment)
- 100g Nitrosol (a thickening agent)
- 500g Sulphonic Acid (a pH adjuster)
- 100g Texapon (a surfactant)
- 300g Foam Booster (a foaming agent)
- 20g Fragrance (fragrance oil)
- 50g Vegetable Glycerin (a humectant)
Instructions:
1. Mix 52g of STTP, 200g of Soda Ash, 50g of Caustic Soda with 2 liters of water and set aside. Remove 2 liters from the original 20 liters.
2. Dissolve 100g of SLS in 2 liters of water and set aside. Remove 2 liters from the remaining 18 liters.
3. Dissolve 20g of Color in 400ml of water and set aside. Remove 400ml from the remaining 16 liters.
4. Mix 100g of Nitrosol with the remaining 16 liters of water.
5. Add 500g of Sulphonic Acid,100g of Texapon and mix well.
6. Add the previously dissolved SLS, and Caustic Soda mixtures.
7. Add 300g of Foam Booster and mix well.
8. Add the previously dissolved color and mix well.
9. Add 20g of Fragrance and mix well.
10. Add 50g of Vegetable Glycerin and mix well.
Note: Please ensure to wear protective gear, including gloves, goggles and face mask and work in a well-ventilated area.
