Grab a loop band and hit save!
1. Clam shells
2. Front to back kick
3. Tabletop bridge with butterfly
4. Leg Presses
5. Donkey kicks
6. Kneeling side leg lifts
7. Plank steps
Repeat each move slow and steady until your muscles are tired, or you can make it circuits and do 10 each x3!
