TH5 things I WISH someone told me before I started no-code automations 👀👇
I thought no-code was all “drag, drop, done.”
Reality? I wasted weeks doing things the hard way before I finally got it.
If you’re just starting with no-code automations, AI workflows, Zapier, Make, agents, or vibe-coding, read this carefully ⬇️
1️⃣ No-code doesn’t mean no thinking
The tools are simple. The logic isn’t.
If you don’t understand the process you’re automating, your workflow will break every time.
2️⃣ Automate LAST, not first
I tried automating messy systems. Big mistake.
First fix the process manually → then automate it.
Automation only scales clarity, not chaos.
3️⃣ Errors are part of the game
Your first automations WILL fail.
APIs time out. Data formats break. Triggers misfire.
The pros aren’t lucky — they just debug faster.
4️⃣ Simple workflows > fancy workflows
I used to build complex “cool-looking” automations.
Now I build boring, clean, reliable ones that actually run daily.
Simple = scalable.
5️⃣ No-code + AI = unfair advantage
This changed everything for me.
AI agents for decision-making + no-code for execution is the real power combo nobody talks about enough.
I’m documenting my average life, learning AI, agents, no-code automations & productivity — no guru vibes, just real builds.
