BABread recipe for beginners
✅No-knead bread 🍞
✅No Dutch oven needed 🙅🏻♀️
✅No need proof basket 😉
Recipe:
3 cups/400-500g Bread Flour
2tsp Salt
1/2tsp instant Yeast
1.5cups/354g Water
Instructions:
1.Mix all ingredients toy👉stir until blended,the dough will be shaggy and sticky. Cover w/plastic wrap.
2.Ferment/let it rest overnight or at least 7-8 hours at room temp.
3.Lightly flour a working surface, gently & quickly shape dough into a ball👉score
4. Preheat a sheet pan or pizza stone before baking. Bake at 450F for about 30min,
* Place sheet pan or cast iron pan in the oven and add 1cup of hot water to create steam when you put the bread in the oven.
