Bread recipe for beginners ✅No-knead bread 🍞 ✅No Dutch oven needed 🙅🏻‍♀️ ✅No need proof basket 😉 Recipe: 3 cups/400-500g Bread Flour 2tsp Salt 1/2tsp instant Yeast 1.5cups/354g Water Instructions: 1.Mix all ingredients toy👉stir until blended,the dough will be shaggy and sticky. Cover w/plastic wrap. 2.Ferment/let it rest overnight or at least 7-8 hours at room temp. 3.Lightly flour a working surface, gently & quickly shape dough into a ball👉score 4. Preheat a sheet pan or pizza stone before baking. Bake at 450F for about 30min, * Place sheet pan or cast iron pan in the oven and add 1cup of hot water to create steam when you put the bread in the oven.

The easiest most foolproof artisan bread✨ . I discovered this method from @merryboosters years ago and it has been my go-to ever since 🙏🏼❤️ . ▪️390g (or ~3 Cups) Artisan Bread Flour or All Purpose Flour▪️2 tsp Sugar▪️1+1/2 tsp Salt▪️3/4 tsp Instant or Active Dried Yeast▪️300ml (1+1/4 Cups) Water▪️Butter, for serving▪️ . 1️⃣ In a large bowl mix together the flour, salt, sugar and yeast 2️⃣ Add some lukewarm water (~95°F) and mix everything together to form a shaggy mass of dough 3️⃣ Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit and rise in a warm environment for about 2 hours 4️⃣ After 2 hours, preheat the oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside (so the Dutch oven gets preheated as well) 5️⃣ Transfer the dough on to a floured work surface (the dough will be sticky so dust it with some flour whenever needed); knead the dough (fold it on to itself, turn, and repeat) for 2-3 mins until a tensive dough ball forms 6️⃣ Transfer to a proofing basket or parchment lined bowl, cover and let rise for 35 mins or until the dough doubles in size 7️⃣ Place the dough ball in the preheated Dutch oven lined with parchment and bake at 450°F for 30 minutes; reduce the oven temperature to 400°F, remove the lid, and bake for another 10-15 more minutes (at this point the longer you bake the bread the crispier the crust will be.. just make sure the bottom doesn't burn) - enjoy with salted butter! . Note: If you are making bread on a regular baking tray instead of a Dutch oven, steam is the key factor for making crusty bread. Place a pan with hot water in the lowest rack of oven while baking and spraying with water inside the oven during the initial five minutes of baking to help create this steamy environment inside the oven. . ⏲ 10 minute prep time + 2 hour 35 minute rise time + 40 minute cook time

Recipe below! 👇🏼👇🏼 2 tsp dry active yeast 2 cups warm water 1/4 cup honey 2 tsp salt 1/4 cup melted butter 5 heaping cups of all purpose flour Directions: 1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast, honey, and warm water. Let sit for 10-15 min. 2. Add salt, melted butter, and flour. Mix until it forms a dough — I use my stand mixer and a dough hook. 3. Knead dough all together. Place back in the bowl and cover with a tea towel and wait 1 hour. 4. Punch down center and knead back into a ball. Cut into two pieces and roll into loaves. Place in greased bread pans, cover with tea towel and wait 1 hour. 5. Preheat oven to 360. Score the center and bake in oven for 40 min. Once done, run butter over the top to seal. Crusty, homemade bread—ready the same day and so easy! 🥖✨ This is the bread I make anytime we want something quick at home—or to bring to a friend. 4 ingredients. No kneading. Mix, rise, shape, and bake in a Dutch oven. Ingredients (2 loaves) • 3 cups lukewarm water • 1 Tbsp active dry yeast (or instant yeast for faster rise) • 1½ tsp salt • 6½ cups all-purpose flour Method 1. In a large bowl, whisk water and yeast until dissolved. Stir in flour and salt until combined (dough will be sticky). 2. Cover and let rise at room temp until doubled, about 2–3 hours (or 1 hour with instant yeast). 3. Divide dough, shape into loaves, and let rest 20–40 minutes. Sticky dough is normal—add a little flour if needed. Wet hands lightly if dough sticks. 4. Preheat oven to 450°F with Dutch oven inside. Slash tops and bake: 30 minutes covered, then 10–15 minutes uncovered. 5. Cool at least 1 hour before slicing. This is one of my staple bread recipes, and it’s included in The Homemade Kitchen—your go-to resource for easy, everyday recipes. 🤍

The EASIEST bread 🍞 I love me some good, crusty bread and I promise you: this is 100% foolproof! 🫶 RECIPE (1 loaf, 6h prep time): -350ml roomtemp water -8g fresh yeast or 3g instant yeast Mix well. -500g wheat flour -10g salt Stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 3h. Slightly wet your hands and stretch and fold all 4 edges of the dough. Cover and let it rest for 30mins. Repeat 4x in total. Preheat the oven to 250C. Put the dough on a floured working surface and shape into a loaf. Place in a ovenproof baking dish with parchment paper. Cover and bake for 30mins. Remove the lid, lower the temperature to 220C and bake for another 20mins. Let it cool down completely and enjoy! - Das EINFACHSTE Brot 🍞 Ich liebe ein gutes, knuspriges Brot und ich verspreche euch: Dieses Brot ist 100 % idiotensicher! 🫶 REZEPT (1 Laib, 6 Stunden Zubereitungszeit): - 350 ml Wasser, Zimmertemperatur - 8 g frische Hefe oder 3 g Trockenhefe Gut verrühren. - 500 g Weizenmehl - 10 g Salz Zu einem klebrigen Teig verrühren. the EASIEST, softest, most tender bread EVA!😤 2026 is the year of homemade bread. 10000% times more delicious and made with real ingredients! that you can pronounce! we are starting of strong with this Honey Milk Bread, perfect for a sandwich but my personal favorite is a thick slice with butter, honey & flaky salt🤤 let me know what other breads you want to learn how to make. oh & make sure to follow for all the recipes coming soon!🤭 RECIPE 1 egg 7g (1 packet) instant yeast 57g (2½ Tbsp) honey 43g (3 Tbsp) unsalted butter, melted and cooled 165g (⅔ cup) warm whole milk 
60g (¼ cup) warm water 9g (1½ tsp) salt 410g (3½ cups) bread flour OPTIONAL: egg wash - 1 egg and a splash of water Warm the milk to lukewarm. Add your yeast and mix together all wet ingredients in a bowl. Whisk the egg before combining. Add the bread flour gradually and mix until a soft dough forms. Rest the dough (covered) for about 15 minutes. Then continue kneading until the gluten has started to develop and the dough comes together. Add salt and knead for 2-3 more minutes till the dough passes a light windowpane test. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Gently shape into a loaf. Place into a buttered 9x5 loaf pan. Cover and let rise until puffy but still slightly springy when pressed, about 20-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk the egg wash ingredients together and brush lightly over the loaf. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing for best structure!! happy bread baking!!
