You need:
CRUST:
2 cups digestive biscuits, ground
1tbsp brown sugar
1/4tsp cinnamon powder
75g butter, melted
Mix everything well.
Filling:
1 1/2 cup whipping cream, chilled
1/2cup condensed milk
2tbsp lemon juice
2 ripe fleshy mangoes, cut into chunks
1tbsp sugar
Punch of salt
1/8tsp vanilla
Mash mango cubes with sugar till they become a chunky mush. Mix in the lemon juice and set aside. Whip cream till soft peaks form. Add condensed milk, salt, vanilla essence and whip till fluffy.
Layer half the biscuits in a serving dish, pour half the cream mixture followed by mangoes. Add the remaining cream and cover with biscuit crumbs, gently press. Refrigerate overnight or freeze for icecream texture.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
