Galileo Galilei (1564–1642) believed that nature does not speak in opinions, traditions, or authority—but in mathematics. He argued that the universe is written in the language of numbers, shapes, and proportions, and that without learning this language, humanity remains lost in words and superstition. For Galileo, mathematics was not abstraction but a path to truth, allowing observation to triumph over doctrine. By measuring, calculating, and testing, he challenged centuries of accepted belief and showed that reality answers not to power, but to proof. Ask yourself: If truth can be calculated, tested, and shown, why do we so often choose belief over evidence? #galileo #galileogalilei #philosophy #mindset #stoicism

It’s almost impossible to make huge leaps in understanding, so it’s usually more productive in the long run to take many tiny steps instead. (At least, in my experience!) For example: 1. Find the right resources for your current level, where you mostly understand what’s going on but there’s a little bit of new information to focus on (and then find the right resources for the level after that, and so on) 2. Break every new topic, theorem or formula into the tiniest possible pieces, and learn something about each of those pieces separately before bringing them together again 3. Build a library of supplementary resources for visualisations and intuitions to use alongside textbooks, like 3Blue1Brown, Better Explained, Seeing Theory, and countless more that are easily found by searching Google, YouTube and Instagram) If you have any more tactics for making studying mathematics easier, please comment to share 📚

💡 Trigonometry Table (part-2) by math expansion 🍎✨ The table every student memorizes… but very few truly understand 👀 Sin, Cos, Tan , cot, cosec and sec — all angles in one place. This single table saves time in exams and builds strong basics in trigonometry. If you’re a student, this is non-negotiable. SAVE this 📌 SHARE with a friend who needs revision. #apple #mathematics #Trigonometry #educationreels #reelboost

Mathematics is the language of nature, and Euler’s Identity is its most elegant poem. 🌿🔢 Have you ever wondered how the most disparate branches of mathematics—trigonometry, calculus, and complex numbers—all connect? Enter Euler's Identity. This video breaks down the ingredients of this mathematical masterpiece: \pi (Pi): The "limitless ratio" of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. i: The "imaginary number," defined as the square root of -1. e: The base of "unbounded growth," or Euler’s number, emerging from the limit of (1 + \frac{1}{n})^n. When you combine these with 1 and 0, you get e^{i\pi} + 1 = 0. It’s a moment where everything in the universe seems to click into place. From the growth of populations to the waves in the ocean, these constants govern the world around us. 🌊🏙️ Whether you're a student struggling through integration or a professional engineer, there's no denying the sheer elegance of this proof. It's not just math; it's art. Which constant is your favorite? ✨️Code link in bio📐 Sine Rule — Visual Derivation Explained Step by Step The Sine Rule (also known as the Law of Sines) is a fundamental identity in trigonometry used to relate the sides and angles of any triangle. In this visual derivation, we explore how a / sin A = b / sin B = c / sin C emerges naturally from geometry. This reel breaks down the concept using animated diagrams, triangle projections, and clear geometric reasoning — perfect for students studying Class 11–12 Math, College Trigonometry, Geometry, or preparing for admission tests. 🔍 Topics Covered: • What is the Sine Rule? • Why a/sinA = b/sinB = c/sinC • Visual proof using heights and projections • How to apply it in problem solving 🎓 Who is this for? High-school students, college students, math lovers, JEE/University admission test learners, and anyone who enjoys visual mathematics. If you enjoyed the explanation, follow @Mathematisa for more easy, visual, concept-driven math breakdowns! #math #trigonometry #fyp

what math topics are you interested in? disclaimer: i am aware a lot of controversy exists about who discovered what first at what time. both Newton and Leibniz independently invented calculus in the 17th century, with ordinary differential equations appearing in Method of Fluxions and even what seems to be partial differentiation appearing in the same work (although partial derivatives were not described systematically and subject to debate, and the ∂ used in partial derivative notation today was introduced by others). though Taylor series are named after Brook Taylor, they were described as early as the 14th century by Madhava of Sangamagrama who found the Taylor series expansions for sine, cosine, and arctangent, preceding European discoveries by several centuries (btw Taylor wasn't even the first European to find a Taylor series although he did establish the general method). all that is to say that the history of math is actually very cool and full of debate and nuance. sources for footage: Mathematical Visual Proofs Visual Derivative Definition, Theoretical Mindset Visualizing Integrals. 3Blue1Brown Differential equations and But What Is A Partial Differential Equation?, a tourist's guide | DE1, YF2W Visualization of the Taylor Series #mathematics #calculus #derivatives #integrals #taylorseries
