It’s verrrry satisfying multiplying by 15! We just add on an extra half of our number then multiply by 10. e.g. 12x15 We can do 12+6 (that’s half of 12) to give 18. Then multiply by 10 to give 180 😎. We’ll only be practicing even numbers today but it also works for odds: e.g. 13x15 We do 13+6.5 to give 19.5 then multiply by 10 to give 195 🤓. 👉For more great multiplication tips, check out our fantastic Times Tables ebook.
