Over time, fat will accumulate in your muscles and liver causing you to become insulin resistant and you’ll notice belly fat (fat that is SO HARD to lose) accumulating.
The way to shift your pre/post menopausal body into insulin sensitivity so you can start shedding belly fat is by a 3 tiered approach which I have laid out for you in my MenoMagic program:
1: Make small tweaks to your nutrition. Limit oils, highly processed food, and watch your daily intake of high fat foods.
2. Start walking/moving as much as you can. You want to increase your total daily non-exercise calories.
3. Workouts that are easy to follow so that you are consistent and you need a program that supports your nervous system as well as strengthens your body!
