AMOne Pot Garlic, Pepper & Camembert Baked Spaghetti
AD/ This dinner is a little bit of midweek magic, using everybody's storecupboard favourite, @dolmiouk
This really is as easy as it looks, dried spaghetti, gooey pockets of camembert, spinach and my secret weeknight weapon - Dolmio Intensify Creamy Garlic & Black Pepper, for that indulgent, rich flavour.
This is a throw together, fuss free dinner that virtually cooks itself...and the best bit? It only uses one dish!
I've written up the recipe below and I would love to know if you're going to give this a try, A
Feeds 4
375g dried spaghetti
50ml olive oil
400g Dolmio Intensify Garlic & Black Pepper
875ml vegetable stock
80g fresh spinach leaves
125g baking camembert
Heat the oven to 190C
Place the dried spaghetti in a large, deep oven proof dish.
Drizzle over the olive oil and use your hands to ensure each spaghetti strand is coated.
Pour over the Dolmio sauce.
Heat the vegetable stock in the microwave until it's bubbling, then pour over the spaghetti.
Quickly mix the spaghetti sauce and stock together, ensuring the strands of spaghetti are separated.
Cover tightly in tin foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven season with salt and pepper, add the spinach and stir. Use forks to seperate any stuck together spaghetti.
Tear the camembert into small pieces and push into the spaghetti, so it's evenly spread.
Cover with foil again and return to the oven for a further 15-20 minutes.
Give it a good stir, ensure the pasta is cooked and the spinach is wilted.
Divide between 4 bowls and finish with parmesan if you want it extra cheesy
