Not through the days where getting out of bed felt impossible. Telling myself “I can’t” only pulled me deeper into fear, deeper into limitation. But everything started to shift when I stopped believing that lie. When I started saying, “I can.” Even if I didn’t fully believe it yet. Even if it hurt. Even if it was one inch at a time. Not everything you set out to do, you will do but your mind? It’s more powerful than you think. But If you tell yourself you can’t — you definitely won’t. But if you tell yourself you can… you just might surprise yourself.
