FLMy favourite chutney of all time!!!
Basic Green Chutney:-
Coriander/ dhaniya: 1 bunch
Mint leaves/ pudina: 1/2 bunch (optional)
Garlic: 2-3 cloves
Onion: 1 small
Ginger: 1/2 inch
Green chillies: 2-3
Lemon juice: 1
Pink salt: 1/2 tsp
salt: to taste
-Blend everything together with a chunk of ice to your desired consistency.
Restaurant Style Light Green Chutney:-
Dahi/curd: 1 cup
Green chutney: 2-3 tbsp
Chaat masala: 1/2 tsp
Salt: to taste
-Mix the prepared chutney with the dahi and whisk till smooth with some chaat masala and extra salt.
Teekhi Hari Chutney:-
Coriander/ dhaniya: 1 bunch
Mint leaves/ pudina: 1/2 bunch (optional)
Garlic: 2-3 cloves
Onion: 1 small
Ginger: 1/2 inch
Green chillies: 2-3
Lemon juice: 1
Pink salt: 1/2 tsp
salt: to taste
Raw mango/Kachi kairi/ Ambi: 1 (can be replaced with Amchur)
-Blend everything together with peeled and pitted raw mango and water added to adjust the consistency.
Vrat Ki Chutney:-
Coriander/ dhaniya: 1 bunch
Ginger: 1/2 inch
Green chillies: 2-3
Lemon juice: 1
Send Namak: to taste
Peanuts: 1/4 cup (can be replaced with 1/4 cucumber)
