MOStuffed Banana Pancakes! Some people put bananas on top of their pancakes but I’ve put them inside mine. I’m so happy with how these turned out, and they’re a new weekend staple in my house. Give them a go and let me know what you think. @hannahmaieats xx
Pancake batter recipe
215g plain flour
10g caster sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch of salt
250ml milk
1 large egg
Combine the flour, sugar and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Whisk together the egg and milk then add to the dry ingredients. Whisk until you have smooth batter.
Once you have your batter simply slice your bananas in half, dip them in the batter and fry on a medium heat in some butter. Cover with maple syrup and enjoy x #Mob
