One of my favorite things is to drink coffee while I stretch & warm up. It’s taking something I already do (drinking coffee) & adding something I need to do to it (warming up/stretching). The combo is just…well, nice ☺️ Full disclosure, it doesn’t work so well with pets…so you’ll have to let me know how you manage that! 😂👌 But cheers ☕️ & get moving! Dein Körper hat ein eigenes Entgiftungs- und Drainagesystem – das Lymphsystem. 💧 Aber es funktioniert nur richtig, wenn du dich bewegst. ➡️ Speicher dir das Video und mach es 1 Woche täglich. Wenn du lange sitzt, wenig rotierst oder kaum schwingende Bewegungen machst, können sich Flüssigkeit, Stoffwechselreste und Spannungen im Gewebe stauen. Genau deshalb mache ich regelmäßig solche Flow-Bewegungen, die den Körper wieder in Bewegung bringen. Probier dashier kurz mit mir: 20× tiefe Durchschwinge – aktiviert Kreislauf & Lymphfluss 20× Scheibenwischer – mobilisiert Wirbelsäule & Bauchraum 20× seitliche Schwinge – öffnet Flanken & Brustkorb 20× Skifahrerschwinge – löst Rücken, Schultern & Hüfte Diese dynamischen Bewegungen helfen, festgehaltene Flüssigkeit, Spannungen und Stoffwechselreste wieder in Bewegung zu bringen. ✨ Und genau solche kurzen Flows nutze ich auch im Alltag – selbst wenn ich nur wenige Minuten Zeit habe. Eine absolute WOHLTAT… …für Hüfte & Rücken😍 ✅ Speichere dir die Übung ab, sodass du sie jederzeit nachmachen kannst! 💡 Gerade im Hüftgelenk neigen viele aufgrund vom dauerhaften Sitzen, Bewegungsmangel und allgemein zu wenig Ausgleich, zu Festigkeit und Steifheit☝🏼 ⚠️ Das kann nicht nur zu Bewegungseinschränkungen im Hüftgelenk führen und dadurch auch ISG- und untere Rückenprobleme provozieren, sondern auch langfristig Fehlstellungen wie einen Beckenschiefstand begünstigen! Umso wichtiger, dem Hüftgelenk bestenfalls täglich einen gezielten Bewegungs-Snack zu schenken🍫 ➡️ Hier eine super Übung, um das Hüftgelenk zu öffnen und somit für mehr Geschmeidigkeit zu sorgen! Und ist die Hüfte schön geschmeidig, kann sich das auch positiv auf die Rückengesundheit auswirken!
