For purposes of this set /warm up, lymph flow, Chi activation, mood balance/ you need 20-25 min maximum. No need to spend hours, just several exercises. Do each for 2 min and experience benefit after several days already. Better mood, less inflammation, no constipation, better energy, glowing skin, deeper sleep, natural detoxification process improvements, tension release. What’s happening inside your foot: The plantar fascia is a thick connective tissue band running from heel to toes. It supports the foot arch and absorbs load during walking. During sleep: • The ankle stays in a relaxed downward position • The fascia shortens slightly • Blood flow and tissue hydration reduce On your first step: • The shortened fascia is suddenly stretched • Microscopic collagen fiber strain occurs • Pain appears at the heel attachment This explains why: Morning pain is worst and improves after a few minutes of walking.
