If you’ve been wanting to try seated good mornings but the full movement is too advanced, this video is for you 🫡 Some additional tips: - keep an anterior pelvic tilt and hinge at the hips - avoid rounding your back to go deeper, think about leading with your chest - track depth progress (incline bench or elevation like I did for this video, you can also use the safety pins in a squat rack if that feels more comfortable for you) - meet your body where it’s at and don’t force a bigger range of motion than you can control. You will get there with consistent training, there’s no need to rush 🫶 Save this and try for your next strength and mobility workout ✨

Du brauchst dafür 👉 Beweglichkeit in Sprunggelenken 👉 Kontrolle in Knie & Hüfte 👉 eine stabile, aber entspannte tiefe Hocke Das können viele Menschen aktuell nicht – nicht weil sie „unbeweglich“ sind, sondern weil diese Position im Alltag einfach nicht mehr vorkommt. Warum ich sie trotzdem zeige: Weil sie unglaublich viel darüber aussagt, wie frei deine Hüften wirklich arbeiten – und wie sehr Knie und unterer Rücken davon profitieren. Und ganz wichtig: ❌ Das hier ist kein „du musst das können“. ✅ Es geht um Richtung, nicht um Perfektion. Du kannst diese Bewegung – erhöht (z. B. Fersen auf Buch/Klotz) – mit weniger Tiefe – im Sitzen – oder erstmal nur mit leichtem Knie-Eindrehen üben Auch das bringt deinem Körper schon extrem viel. Mobility heißt nicht: alles sofort können. Mobility heißt: Bewegung wieder zulassen – Schritt für Schritt. Genau dafür entsteht gerade mein Totally Mobility Workout Plan für zu Hause, alltagstauglich, progressiv – von Fuß bis Kopf.
