My heart is so full.
Flowing together to the beautiful creation by our Junior Teacher Inside Flow Bandung, @miekemmm with Mariah Carey’s “Without You” was more than just a class — it was a journey through memories, emotions, and the power of community. Every transition, every lyric, every breath carried intention and love.
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Teh Mieke 🙏
For the past 4 years, she has poured her heart, energy, and dedication into growing the Inside Flow community in Bandung. Her consistency, patience, and belief in this vision are the reasons we were able to witness such a magical event in 2026.
Without her, there would be no Inside Flow Bandung as we know it today. We tried to build this community since 2017, and it wasn’t easy. There were challenges, pauses, and moments of doubt. But she stayed. She believed. She continued nurturing the dream with love and commitment — and because of that, today we stand stronger together.
Teh Mieke, thank you for your leadership, your passion, and your heart.
You didn’t just create a choreography — you created connection.
You didn’t just organize an event — you built a home for so many souls to flow, feel, and grow together.
You did such an incredible job, and we are so proud and grateful for you 🤍
