Hands down @mounttocoast R1 These shoes do not get the hype they deserve 🙌🏽 I’ve had my Mount to Coast R1 shoes for over a year now, and they’ve seriously been through everything with me — countless miles, lifting sessions at the gym, runs, and even kickboxing classes. They’re hands down the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I knew they were TOP TIER when Mount to Coast sent me another pair in the Agave color — because when I compared the brand-new pair to my year-old ones, they felt identical. 🤯 The only difference was the stains from all those workouts and miles 😅 Honestly, I think these shoes even helped me pull off running a half marathon with zero outside training. Key Features & Specs: Midsole: Dual-density design using a 42mm heel and 36mm forefoot for high cushioning with stability. Weight: Approximately 260g for a UK men’s size 8 (US9). Upper: New “jackal material” for improved breathability, featuring a dual-zone lacing system for a customised, secure fit. Design: A non-plated “super trainer” aimed at daily miles, long-distance training, and tempo runs. Technology: Uses a unique geometry where the bottom foam layer is offset from the top to enhance stability. The C1 is designed to be a versatile daily trainer that complements the brand’s existing racing models like the H1, T1, and R1 (which did a great job of carrying me through a 106km ultra back in July).
