FOHalloween Fries💀
Everyone will love these crispy. spooky fries. Serve them at your next Halloween party!
To make them:
1. Preheat your oven to 180’C /356’F.
2. Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
3. Shape them into skulls.
4. Soak them in cold water for 15 minutes.
5. Dry them off and brush them with olive oil on both sides.
6. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper and bake on a lined baking sheet for 35-40 minutes until crispy.
7. Serve with a 50:50 mayo and ketchup dip (the skull detailing is made with ketchup).

PRCrispy Golden Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
For Marinade:
Chicken wings – 500 g (1 lb)
Salt – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Onion powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Yellow mustard – ½ tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
For Coating:
All-purpose flour – ¼ cup
Cornstarch – ¼ cup
For Frying:
Oil – for deep frying
Instructions:
Marinate the Wings:
Wash and pat dry chicken wings.
In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli powder, mustard, and soy sauce.
Add wings and coat well.
Marinate for 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
Prepare the Coating:
Mix flour and cornstarch.
Coat each marinated wing evenly, pressing lightly for a crispy texture.
Deep Fry the Wings:
Heat oil in a deep pan (170–175°C / 340°F).
Fry wings in batches for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
