BEMy mind was determined to f*ck up a good thing.

2️⃣ We mistake anxiety for problem-solving.
That voice that’s “just analyzing” is often fear dressed up as logic.
3️⃣ Your body reacts to the past, not the present.
Even when things are good, your nervous system still braces for impact.
I spent years thinking I just needed to “chill” or “trust more.”
The truth?
You can’t mindset your way out of a nervous system stuck in danger mode.
