Finally got a little FUN(d$) in the sun☀️. Took a flight to Fort Lauderdale for a Real Estate and tax credits conference. While at the conference, I networked, and got a better understanding of my assets and put a plan together. After the conference I got to lay out by the pool @theritzcarltonfortlauderdale ,watch the sunset and have an amazing dinner @steak954 . One of my forever goals is to make investing a priority. This includes financially and also investing in myself. I’ve had some amazing experiences and networked with so many from all backgrounds • • • Creating room in your budget to relax, enjoy life and experiences is important in resetting and regaining you physical and mental strength to continue forward • • This was the best steak I’ve ever had in my life and I love food so that says a lot. • • • Cigar bar area was cool, great selections and quality spirits to choose from. Was good to just put things in autopilot and let it simmer a bit. Have you heard of Building Information Modeling? This process involves the generation and management of digital representations of the physical and functional characteristics of buildings and other physical assets. Building information models (BIMs) are computer files which can be extracted, exchanged or networked to support decision-making regarding a built asset, and are just one of the ways that we are using digitalisation to deliver our next wave of transmission infrastructure efficiently. There is an industry-wide urgency to meet 2035 net zero targets that requires open communications and collaboration throughout the energy industry supply chain. BIM standardizes information, while engaging suppliers early in the design process to allow for ideas on how improve, innovate, drive down costs, and speed up the deployment of infrastructure. Darren Giannelli, BIM implementation manager at SP Energy Networks, says distributors and competitors might have previously viewed themselves as competitors. ‘I think we need to break down that barrier. It’s not a competition anymore – we are on the same path.
