Ingredients✨
1 Pouch of Palmini Angel Hair
2 thin slices of chicken breast
Seasoned with:
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Salt
For the Lemon Sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 minced garlic cloves
A sprinkle of red chili flakes
1 lemon juice freshly squeezed
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp grated parm cheese
Freshly chopped parsley
How to✨
Season the chicken on both sides. In a medium size skillet on medium heat use avocado spray and cook a thin slice of chicken breast (3-4 min per side). In a saucepan on medium/low heat add olive oil, minced garlic & butter. Allow garlic to cook down for about a minute (before it turns brown) Sprinkle the red chili flakes then add lemon juice + zest. Wash & drain your Palmini Pasta then combine with the sauce, sprinkle salt & pepper to taste. Once combined, add parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Enjoy!💚
