SHBraces have been with me for a very long time, it has become a part of me. And I admit honestly yesterday when they took off my braces and gave me a mirror, I just wanted to put them back. At the same time, I wanted to cry because it was very unusual for me. I think that everyone who had braces faced this problem. But today I’m starting to get used to the new me. I want to smile more and I’m starting to like the result.
In order to avoid the same mistakes as me and not wear braces for so long, I shared some important tips in the video. I hope that this will be useful to someone.
And remember, good treatment cannot be cheap, but you also don’t need to overpay for the clinic brand.

LIHow’s my teeth after 7 months of braces ??
When I was 15 I started Invisalign in china while the doctor back home knew exactly I was going to be abroad and not going to be able to do constant checkups, he still took my dad’s money. And after 1 year being in Canada, of course the attachment fell off and the Invisalign was no longer fitting due to the teeth not being properly moved. Unfortunately no dentist here would accept transfer patients like that either even though the system is globally available on Invisalign. While being a teenager I didn’t have the best oral hygiene, so Invisalign also left me with lots of cavities to fill up.
After many years of saving up, I decided it was finally time to do it right again, this time with the traditional braces way. It was definitely hard at first with my lips and gums constantly being swollen or sore from the metal. But now after 7 months I’m totally used to it. (TBH our body adapt into things like braces very amazingly) I no longer get cuts or sores like I first started, only occasional and accidental cuts if I weren’t being careful.
I can’t wait until next year when I will take them off! 😇❤️❤️
